ScrollPen is a terminal-based accountability system that monitors your browser activity and triggers real on-chain ETH penalties via KeeperHub when you break your own rules.
Set a time limit (e.g., 30 seconds on YouTube). If you exceed it, the tool automatically executes a Sepolia testnet transaction that sends a penalty amount from your wallet. No private keys in code. No excuses. Your self-discipline becomes autonomous, enforceable code.
